Troubleshooting common Wizmo issues
Quick checks for charging, playback, and card recognition before you need live support.
If the player will not turn on
Charge with a known working cable and adapter, then retry after a few minutes.
Check the charging port for dust or a loose connection if there is still no response.
If audio will not start
Try one known card first so you can tell whether the issue is the card or the player itself.
Move to a quieter setting and repeat the interaction so the listening moment is easier to verify.
When it is time to contact support
Reach out if the device will not charge, cards are repeatedly not recognized, or the order arrived damaged.
Include the order number and a short description so the support thread starts with the right context.
