Warranty and returns
Support promises that are easy to find.
The promise is simple: product questions, warranty coverage, and return eligibility should be readable before the customer spends money, not only after something goes wrong.
1-year warranty
Wizmo players are covered for manufacturing defects under normal household use for one year.
15-day returns
Unopened products may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Opened content cards are only eligible if defective.
